Summer Weekend Menu

During Saturday afternoon and Sunday we will surprise you with a wonderful four course menu, aperitif, accompanying wines and coffee or tea for € 50,-- p.p. Reservations can be made for parties of minimal ten guests.

Mixed salad with gambas sautéed with garlic,
marinated salmon and basil mayonaise

Traditional bouillabaise with fish and crustacians

Grilled sirloin of beef, candied Roseval potatoes,
Dutch snow peas and mustard Hollandaise sauce

Red summer fruit with vanilla ice cream
and a crispy almond biscuit

On Saturday afternoon from Noon to 4:00 PM and on Sunday from Noon to 9:30 PM, we will serve our SUMMER WEEKEND MENU  at the price of  € 50 p.p. This price includes an aperitif, accompanying wines and coffee or tea.
Should you wish to make a change in the menu, e.g. change a fish dish for a  meat dish, we will be pleased to do so.
Of course we will also take into account the wishes of  vegetarian guests.

For reservations on these two days, the minimum number of guests per party is ten. Should your number of guests on the day of reservation be less that ten and should you wish to to continue your reservation, we will charge you for a number of ten guests, unless you have informed us accordingly at least two days in advance. We reserve the right in such a case to no longer accept your reservation.
We will confirm your reservation, preferably by e-mail.
