Welcome to Restaurant Le Bistroquet
Le Bistroquet opened its doors at the end of the sixties as a creation of late Gerard Fagel. Being one of the first of the bistro-type restaurants, it combined a simple but cosy environment with affordable meals. In 1977, Le Bistroquet gained its nation wide fame when, at table number two, the first Van Agt-Wiegel government team was created.
For decades now, the style of cooking is French-Mediterranean. Next to its kitchen and wine-list, Le Bistroquet is well known for its own characteristic atmosphere. Dining out should foremost be very pleasant. Whether it is as a private person or with business relations.
Co-owner Jan Lindeboom as Host and Chef Kick Hennink are responsible for its daily operations. Co-owner Gé Masman manages all other business affairs.
